Jessica Judge, El Paso, Illinois, has joined The Wendt Group as the Director of Marketing and Communications. In her director role, Judge will lead the team’s strategic marketing efforts for Showpig.com, Show Cattle Connection and TWG Land and Ag and will support innovative ways to attract sellers and cultivate a loyal community of buyers within each division. Listening closely to both buyers and sellers in the market will help Judge craft and market unique products and services to serve both land and livestock markets.
“Serving others and developing strategic marketing plans that support a healthy business are two things I’m very passionate about. Those passions align very synergistically within this role, and the ability to market a true SERVICE that helps landowners and producers in the industry succeed with a team that offers the highest level of integrity and passion for the business is something that gets me fired up! Judge most recently served as the Marketing Brand Manager for BioZyme Incorporated. There she managed the company’s six livestock brands and worked to develop content and marketing strategies for all customer spectrums, end user and product dealers. A graduate of Oklahoma State University, with a bachelor’s in Animal Science, Judge was also an active member of livestock judging teams, founding her connections across multiple species in the industry.

Judge plans to use her experience, organizational strategizing and creative thinking to bring marketing plans and implementation strategies that not only grow the seller space but also strengthen brand messaging and the livestock community that engages with the brand. Her hope is to share a piece in helping livestock producers build sustainable operations through best business practices and help The Wendt Group brands serve as a voice for the industry that can help others find their niche voice as well.

Judge currently resides in El Paso, Illinois with her boyfriend, Bodee Schlipf. Together they work and run general operations at Tree Lane Farms, a show cattle operation.
