After years of working in a commercial hog barn, a career change allowed Dan Hayden and his wife Stephanie to start Hayden Hogs in Cedar City, Utah. Hayden Hogs is a 6-sow operation focused on raising high-quality Berkshire and Crossbred animals.
“We are limited in space and cannot be a huge operation, but we focus on quality over quantity,” says Dan.
After seeing customers succeed at the local and state level, the Haydens would like to expand their customer base and excel at the national level with the ultimate goal of placing in the top ten of a major national show. Hayden Hogs takes pride in helping their customers be successful with their project and hopes those customers will have confidence in the animals they produce.
Dan and Stephanie are excited about their set of pigs this fall and hope others will find the quality in them during The Debut.
