Shane Roach and his family have been raising pigs for several years. Their operation, Roach Livestock calls Palo Pinto, Texas home. They family runs a 15-20 sow operation consisting mostly of crossbreds and Durocs with a few southwest Berkshires mixed in.
Shane puts his emphasis on youth and loves to help young showmen learn about agriculture and exhibit their projects. He says his goal is help those customers reach their goals and see success with Roach Livestock genetics.
Roach Livestock has been able to market their livestock at live events and type conference events, but have not yet participated in an online auction. They are excited to be a part of The Debut and to expand their customer base through the use of online marketing.
The Debut is a premier consignment auction platform that showcases new consignors, breeders or operations looking for a facelift or re-introduction to the market. The Debut auction is September 19.
