Consignment Auctions

Choose to consign your lots to be bid on and close horserace style OR post a lot for a set price to be sold instantly – it’s your choice!

Deadline to ENTER AND SUBMIT INFORMATION for each The Open is 12:00 PM (Noon) EST Tuesday before the Thursday auction– please see the schedule to the right. No exceptions!

Sale order will be determined on a first come, first serve basis. Enter early!

Once you register you will receive a link that directs you to where the information for the sale is uploaded. Each week has a specific link.

The Wendt Group will publish lot information for the sale the Tuesday evening prior to the auction.

The Open Event sales will be advertised complimentary on the auction calendar and daily email blast through showpig.com.

Each consignor on The Open Event will be able to select a feature lot to be advertised complimentary via an email blast that will go out the day of the sale.

If you choose to have a Buy Now lot, lots are listed at a set and determined price by the SELLER. These lots will NOT close in a horse race style closing. Once a bidder bids once, they will own the lot for the single winning bid. Buy Now lots will remain open for purchase until the horse race style listings are closed.

The Debut is a new consignment sale for new breeders, consignors who have never sold online or any breeder looking to re-introduce themselves and make a splash with the Showpig.com buying community! There are two dates for The D

ebut Auction this fall.

Consignment to The Debut is a simple 2 step process:
• Step 1: ENTER AND SUBMIT CONSIGNOR ONLY INFORMATION as a commitment to consign in upcoming auction. This provides us with information about your operation to highlight in our additional advertising.
• Step 2: ENTER AND SUBMIT LOT INFORMATION. This will be your actual consigned lot information – sale photos, lot information, footnotes, videos, feature lot.

The Wendt Group will publish lot information for the sale within 24 hours of final submission of lot consignments.

Consignors that participate in The Debut will receive additional COMPLIMENTARY advertising including – a breeder feature story, a breeder interview with a Showpig.com team member, individual sale posts on social media and more!

The Debut sales will be advertised complimentary on the auction calendar and will be featured in their very own Debut Email Blast that include Debut Sale Entries ONLY.

Each consignor on The Debut will be able to select a feature lot to be advertised complimentary via an email blast that will go out the day of the sale.

• Breeders must agree to consign a minimum of 5 entries to sell in the Debut consignment auction.
• 10% commission on all lots that sell
• Minimum of 5 entries, maximum of 8 entries per consignor.

For The Debut, buyers have the option to pay via credit/debit card, electronic check, or wire transfer.

• • 15% Commission on lots that sell.

Individual advertising for the Found on the Farm consignments is available (websites, banner ads, email blasts) at an additional cost.

For the Found on the Farm auction – credit card, electronic check, or wire transfer payment options only. No pay on delivery or personal checks accepted for this auction.

Consignor is responsible for shipping items once payment has been received. Buyer is responsible for shipping and packaging expenses.
