Mycotoxin in bedding?
I know it's a concern in feed for sure but I do use oat straw or a grassy hay for bedding.they do eat a lot of it.never had problems with prolapse before,vaginal and anal?

I havn't tested my feed but add the micotox and aniferm in my gestation ration.they do eat a lot of their bedding but have now switched to shavings for them.our uterine prolapse gilt just farrowed 13 and I stitched her vulva to hold in.do you see the prolapse coming back if we breed her again?

What is your opinion on gilt Uterine prolapse pre farrow? Is it genetic or more of a feed issue?

I top dress with Kent's power pack the last 6 litters we had and my sows are milking like Holstein cows and the baby's are butterballs.We feed twice a day for appetite and what you put in the sow will give back. We also breed more of a productive showpig so it helps eliminate most problems farrowing...

Fat burner help
I was looking for an effectective fat burner to help with the final 2weeks before a show while still helping the barrows gain a little weight.chesters and Berkshire are tough breeds to control the natural fat.thanks

I think he and his sire Deliver-more problems are just going the wrong way....just sayn. Call me rascist and old school but if you want anything with the word"productive" they are not in the realistic ballpark of productive.So if you like putting gilts down that can't farrow and finishers ...

He has a pretty powerful pedigree and looks the part.we are also going to breed to him hopefully after we hear good reports.we have a litter of 13 Bugsy's on the ground now and it is going to be hard to cut any of them.that litter impressed me with the 3 boars LVS has at stud.
