Ive seen a couple of litters out of him. Really stout boned and heavy muscled. I would probably watch him on rib shape and body.

i think he was at hi point, but doesnt appear to be on their website anymore...dont know it this helps or not...i think he was a hamp, but im not 100% sure on that.

Again, those are the requirements to exhibit an animal, that does not disqualify the animal from registration. You can still get a paper on that animal, and be eligible to register offspring from that animal.

If he is a pure hamp his offspring WILL be eligible for registration. Straight from the NSR website...

"Hampshire swine classified as off-belts may be used for breeding purposes, with offspring eligible for registration with the National Swine Registry."
