Try feeding them in alleyway or exercise pen where they are seperated from eachother and can't see eachother.

I disagree have used hog panels both framed and unframed for years and have never had injury issues yes they climb it but hasn't created an issue.

So I'm thinking of weaning at 6 weeks instead of 4 weeks for show pigs. Will sows cycle back at about 5 days after weaning if I add these 2 weeks??

In the food service industry they have vinyl strip doors for walk-in refrigerators don't know how pig proof they would be. For smaller doors I have seen people use mud flaps for semis. You might also look into getting some used conveyor belt material.

I am sold on the carports because they include the labor. I ordered 2 of them a crew of 2 workers showed up at 6:00 in the evening worked about 3 hours until dark slept in their truck on my property got up about 6:00 and finished by 6:00 that evening. They actually put up 3 carports because they had...

Its the pelvic bone that runs horizontally just under tailhead. With today's heavy hams you want a strong pin bone to help carry the weight. In gilts they look at the cover over the "pins" to determine ease of breeding and farrowing.
