Heavy muscled Guilt. Feeding 18% grind. 48 days till weigh in. 144lbs now, need to be at 220lbs. Gaining only 1.4 lbs the last 7 days weight checks. Which supplements to use to make sure to make weight. But would like to get into the 240lb range if possible for show. Thanks
