Re: Mange or something else?
If you have enough time with withdrawal you should hit them again 10-14 days later because Ivermectin doesn't kill the eggs.

Re: 2 boars a.i.
I'm looking for why the piglets would be smaller. Did she say that multiple boars will increase litter size therefore decreasing size per pig? Is there a study that has proven that litters from multi sire insemination decrease pig size?

He's getting about double his daily Lysine requirement. May want to lower protein and increase energy which is what mjw's recommendation would do.

Re: Duroc boar
There are lots of good red boars that will do what you want. I would try these studs, call them and they can match up the best boar they have for your sow: Crossroads https://crossroadsgenetics.com/sire-status/current-sires/ Chad Hill https://www.chadhilldurocs.com/new_boar_page.html A Cut Above htt...

Re: Safe way to gain 3lbs a day
Looks like you have access to Lindner and Purina. I have been happy with Purina's Paylean. I have never fed Lindner Paylean but I'm sure it's high quality. Make sure you get a fresh bucket. You may want to post in the Purina forum as well so Dr. Burgoon can give you expert advise.

Re: Safe way to gain 3lbs a day
She needs to eat about 9 lbs a day to get that ADG so you need to get more in her. If you can break it into 3 or 4 feedings per day that will help. Increase the full figure. Not sure what your definition of safe is but I would pulse paylean to her as well.

Hei Hei and House Money at Hi Point, The Exchange at SGI, I think Dirty Money at LVS and Filthy at SGI will. If you call the studs and ask them, they should be able to tell you.

Re: Need More Mid Rib and Top
I found the following post by KGB, I would ask him about Paylean versus Fitter 52: Just my thoughts: Paylean is a drug, but NOT a steriod or growth hormone. It is a beta adrenergic agonists, or repartioning agent. That means when you feed Paylean (ractopamine HCl) more of the nutrients are directed ...
