Re: Hamp boars cancelled pedigrees☹️?

Looks like most of the current Hamp boars are in the low 90% range.

Re: Crossbred boars with berk color.

I believe X-Ray Vision does. I would suggest calling the studs you want to do business with and ask them.

Re: Undisputed

We had a litter of Undisputeds out of a gilt and I would not have called them large piglets.

Re: How old is too old

KGB,

Our feed store delivered feed that was milled on 7/10/17 today. Is it reasonable to ask our feed store to take it back and give us something fresher?

Re: Spot boar x blue butt

So I'm guessing the sow that you are calling York is really a white cross. Sounds like you could have a grab bag full of color.

Re: Spot boar x blue butt

Depends on purity. A pure York should have most all white. If the Blue Butt is a Hamp x York F1 you could see all white, all black, black belted.

I don't know if he has the red gene but we had one pig out of a chester white sow that had red hair and another that had some roan colored spots.

Re: LOOKING FOR PLACE TO HOUSE SHOW PIG

I would recommend contacting all the FFA chapters in those towns. They may have room at their school farms if they have a farm.

Re: Show Pigs

We pay $150 for a single feeder pig and the price goes down for quantity, but that's from the midwest to California so that's a pretty long haul.
