If it is possible I would break her feeding up to 3 or 4 times a day. Smaller amounts in the feed bowl means she has less chance to dump it out.

You seem to have it covered. paylean is going to increase what you want increased along with extra gain but it will also burn fat. I would not make any drastic changes while adding the paylean. you do not want to disrupt things this close to the show and go off feed.
