Dry scaly skin

What is/are the best products out there for dry, scaly skin that I do no have to wash out. Have been putting on Champions Choice daily and it seems to be drying them out more. Thanks

We mix about a tablespoon of hair conditioner (Suave) and about a tablespoon of aloe in a 32 ounce spray bottle with water. Spray on and brush in. Works well for us.

I love Weaver's Swine Conditioner and Shine. It's the pink colored spray bottle, not the aerosol. It works incredibly and coats evenly. I actually think I use less because it works so well. I've tried a bunch of different things before settling on this.
