NEED HELP!! CONFUSED WITH A BARROW THAT CANT GET RID OF COUGH/LACKING APPETITE

I have a cross barrow that wont get over this cough, I gave him two rounds of baytril, didn't work. About a week later gave him a shot of draxxin, still didn't work. He has been wormed, no fever, his very active when you are in the pen with him. He just nibbles on feed and goes and lays down. He drinks water just fine, just not interested in feed and I have tried all types of tricks and still he isn't eating the way he should be. Completely confused with this one. Weight is 100 pds, also he still needs to be castrated, not sure if that is the problem, since he is around older gilts. Please I need advice!! thanks
