Need help posting a video

Can someone explain how to post a video off my iPhone to this site or can I send it to someone for them to post for me??

To post a video you have to upload it to a site like Flikr or Microsoft One Drive. One Drive is free and can be accessed https://onedrive.live.com/about/en-us/. Once you upload it you have to copy the shared link to this site and use the URL tags.
