My daughter's school district finally has committed several million dollars to revamp our current ag farm. All new barns will be built along with feed storage rooms, classrooms, and offices.

My question revolves around the hog barn ideas since my daughter shows pigs... and i raise, feed, clean and walk them too.

The architects are actually going to listen and incorporate any good ideas that we share with them.

Question 1: Do ya'll recommend an all concrete floor as opposed to a half concrete / half dirt in the pens?

Question 2: What is better to use as fill... dirt or sand?
