Introducing new show pig to pigs already in barn

We have had 3 show pigs for about a month. They are all together in the barn in one pen. We purchased a new pig Sunday. It is in a separate pen next to the 3. For the last 3 days we have turned them all out together in a larger pen. There is constant fighting with the new pig from the other 3, so as of now we cannot turn them out during the day without being in the pen to break up the fights. Any suggestions.

Don't turn them out together.

1- don't put them together.
If you need to have them all running together take 2 of the 3 pigs out and switch pens with your single pen, at least this way it's 1-1 fighting they'll get it out of their system. Just hang out and keep breaking them up, then after the 2 settle down put the other 2 in there. Basically you created a pecking chain with the other 3 already knowing their place and now the single pig has to go through all 3 to figure it's place.
