Powerfill KGB

Post by cerdo » Mon Dec 21, 2015 2:26 pm

Will be feeding as sole ration. My question is the gain based on feeding dry or wet? Does it matter? Have to hold several pigs and don't need them to gain more than 1lb a day if that. Thanks.

It doesn't matter if you feed wet or dry. The water doesn't result in growth. It may cause a slightly higher apparent rate of gain, but it's not all growth. Only the gain associated with Powerfill is true weight gain. Water weight gain is only water (not tissue growth .... Muscle, bone, fat etc...).

Thank you KGB. One more thing, I have been feeding the surechamp with our feeding program. Should I continue or will it cause increase in weight gain. I was/am currently feeding 6 ounces of surechamp. TIA!

It will probably result in weight gain. However, if you want to continue to feed it do a comparison with our High Octane Champion Drive. Both have Amaferm. Champion Drive also contains octacosanol and TASCO. As well as milk, fish, eggs, linseed meal and more.
