Feeding plan for pig that's too heavy

Post by Teddyballgame047 » Thu Dec 21, 2017 6:45 pm

I have a pig weighing 250 pounds with 20 days left until show. He can weigh 275, so that gives him an adg of 1.25. He is currentlyon 2 pounds fitter 35 twice a day. Should we continue with how we are feeding or do something different.. He is too chubby right now but otherwise is a good pig.

If he needs to be leaned up, feed:
(Total daily feed; divide into 2 equal meals):
High Octane Fitter 35. 3 lb
High Octane Depth Charge 1/2 lb (8 oz)
