What is the best joint supplement out there. Are they worth buying and using?

I have used 2-step/PNT. Never had a problem. Along with the joint specific stuff, it also has biotin, probiotics for health, and other stuff to make it a ocmplete bone/joint health supplement and it is developed for swine....not race horse, cattle, etc.
