Does anyone have recipies to mix up for pigs to give them oral medications or supplements that the pigs really like to eat?

We just use the jumbo size marshmallows. Just open them up in the center and put what you want in there. You need to get them to liking to eat marshmallows first. Some pigs wont eat them right away.

As Mary posted, marshmallows. But we use just enough marshmallow to contain a pill. Too much and it takes too long to eat and increases the chance of a pig "finding" it and spitting it out.

Other options include applesauce, a slurry made with milk replacer, apples etc. you need to find out what your pig really likes and train them by using it as a treat occasionally. Then when you need it, you slip medicine in the treat.
