Using Depth Charge while pushing

I have a barrow that I need to gain 2 lbs / day for next 32 days. He has been doing this already on 16% feed and heavy weight. I would like to add depth charge now to give him more rib shape but don't want to reduce his gain. What is the best plan to accomplish this?

Also, I am giving him 8 oz of heavy weight a day. If I increase that he seems to back off the feed - is the 8 oz enough for what I need to accomplish? He weighs 165 now and is heavy muscled.
