From reading your information you are not feeding your pigs enough. 1lbs of feed and 1lbs of Oat Groats 2x a day is not nearly sufficient to support a pigs dietary needs. A 220lb pig should be eating about 6-8lbs a day of feed. If you keep with your current feed regiment your pigs will fall apart before you get to the show. I would cut out the oats and replace it with base feed. You should be feeding at least 3lbs in the morning and 3lbs. I would look at feeding some supplements also to help.

If you have 21 days to your weigh in and your pigs currently weight 220 lbs you have 70lbs to play with. Feeding six 6 lbs a day your pig should avg around 2lbs a day. If you gain 2lbs a day for 21 days you will weigh in around 265. You could increase that to 8lbs of feed split up with 4lbs in the morning and evening and you will be around 275. To hit your 290 mark you will need your pigs to gain 3lbs a day. That would be around 9lbs of feed per day.

At the rate you are going your pigs will be stale and not show well because they are nutrient deficient. With the information you provided your pigs should be gaining less than 1lb a day. You will be lucky to hit 240 lbs in that time frame and not even close to your goal.
