We are feeding 3lb 16%, .5 lb steam rolled oats, 4oz Purina heavy weight we are feeding this both morning and night. She has developed what looks like extra skin on her top right in front of her dimple in front of her tail. Someine suggested I start paylean but we are trying to get cover on her so I feel that will take my cover away. What are your thoughts?

Not really sure what you are referring too. Extra skin like flappy or wrinkles.
