Help needed for weight gain fast

Hello all, any and all help/recommendations would be greatly appreciated. On May 12 my sons 4H Yorkshire pig became sick. She started having the runs. She was given her third worming dose May 13. By the morning of May 15, she had water diarrhea. The vet had her start Nuflor. She was given 3 doses over the course of 5 days. It started to look promising but 2-3 days later we went back to the runs. So then I started giving her yogurt, probiotics, with oats and regular feed (20% purina honor show chow). Did that for about 3 days and then she had watery runs. The vet then recommended Tylan, so I quarantined her and gave her pumpkin yogurt and oats for 2 days. She barely drinks the stuff and litterally flies her pan at the sight of oats. So I added a like small kids cup size (like youd get at the restaurants) with yogurt and pumpkin and it was hit or miss. Stool hasnt changed, attitude wise shes good and upbeat, she walks too when its cool, but it's been hell getting her to drink the tylan. She does here and there but aside from attitude I havent noticed a change in stool. 2 days ago I was told the vet doesnt know what else to do and we have our livestock show and auction in 3 WEEKS!!! Our pig leader told me to just go for it because the clock is ticking and we are coming down to the wire. She is 187 and I need to get her to 205. Right now im giving her 2 scoops of her food which is hit or miss, with probiotics, yogurt, immodium, applesauce, pumpkin, cookie batter, and purina weight gainer. One day shes good the next its meh. I swear she looks at me everyday saying I'll eat but you habe to guess and figure out what it is I'll eat today. I'm prepared for the runs all up to showtime (I pray that ain't the case) all I'm trying to find is a fighting chance to gain 18 lbs. I know she can do it I believe in her but I'm running out of time and am just frustrated. Numerous pigs in our barn have the runs and some have lost significant weight while others hold some gain but it seems to take over a month to heal and that's with or without medications working. I'm honestly at lost and will take any help or suggestions. Thank you
