Adding Rib Weight

Post by rebelback » Sun Jun 27, 2021 11:05 am

We have a gilt that is around 110 pounds and 17 weeks old. She is really lacking cover on her ribs. We plan to show her in a few jackpot shows in about a month, but our local county fair isn't for another 12 weeks and state is 16 weeks out.

Is depth charge going to be the best thing for her and should we start her on it now? We're pretty new to figuring out what to feed and when. I just don't want her peaking before county.

Depth Charge is a fill creation product. It expands rapidly after ingestion and helps with rib shape. It is NOT going to do anything for fat cover over the ribs. Heavy Weight will do that.
