Selenium Gel and weak pasterns

Post by jalley_pigs » Tue Aug 08, 2017 2:28 pm

I have a barrow that is around 165 lbs. He has developed weak pasterns that are getting progressively worse as he gets heavier. I do not have Bo-Se, but I have a tube of the Selenium/Vitamin E gel that I have left over from a goat project. Does anyone have any experience with this scenario? If so, what is the dosage for a pig the size of mine? The tube says that an adult goat should get 4ml per 30 days. Thanks.
