One of our 4-H market hogs has a lump on the inside of his left rear leg. He is not lame and has been eating and acting fine. The lump is about the size of a golf ball. I aspirated it and pulled off 10 ml of clear fluid.
Should I get a larger syringe and drain it? Give any antibiotics? Unfortunately, only horse vets locally. Final show is about a month away. I am worried if I leave it that it will continue to grow.
