What should I treat a 200 lb gilt with and for how long, as she is not eating after she went through having mange on her? I treated her with prolate and the mange dried up, but she hasn't eaten much for the last 4-5 days and is very lethargic.

Yogurt works as a good probiotic when they wont eat. She probably wont eat until you get something in her stomach.
