What size of needle is best for giving the IPD shot? #20 ? What location is the best place to give the shot?

We use a 20 ga. x 3/4 inch. The best place to give any shot that is delivered intermuscularly is in the post anterior region of the neck. Behind the ear in front of the shoulder.
