24 days, still no heat sign
Long story short, had a sow farrow this winter, weaned her pigs, she never did come back into heat after weaning. Started breeding for next spring about 3 weeks ago. Noticed she STILL hadn't been cycling so I though what the heck, I'll give her some Pg600, bang 3 days later she's swollen, standing perfectly. All good right? So I go ahead and order semen for 3 weeks later thinking that she's back on her cycle now and can be bred. Well here I sit at day 24 with no signs of her coming in...I'm clueless...anyone ever had a sow cycle longer than this? Or have this issue?
