Matrix and PG 600

This is my first time using matrix. I gave the last dose on 9/22 so today is the 6th day off and I am not seeing real strong signs of heat. Should I give PG600?

I would. Generally when I Matrix a hog. I give a shot of PG600 on the last day.

I had to order it and it will be here tomorrow. If they are showing signs of swelling should I still give it

I'd keep heat checking, matrix label says 4 to 9 days to exhibit estrous. By giving the pg600 this late, you may delay her even further. Hormones are tricky things to play with when the timing is off.

Well I didn't give the PG600 and just kept checking them and so far not one has came in and today is the 12th day off matrix. I gave PG600 last night.

I forgot to give dose 14 to my sow last night and just realized it. Can i go ahead and give the pg600 today or did I royally screw up?

I am not a medical person, but I have done that. I would follow up with the PG 600 and you should be good for a heat cycle in a few days. Do you have a boar that could help encourage a strong cycle?
