More than 2 doses?

Hog Doc, Darin, etc. - I have a gilt standing and have 5 doses sitting in the cooler and the other gilt has not cycled- will it do any harm to put all the doses in the same gilt at 12 hour intervals as long as she stands? Or will it do harm to give her more than 2-3 doses?
