Umbilical hernia

I have 2 pigs that look like they have a umbilical hernia, It sort of looks like a zit right now. Is there anything I can do to get rid of it or are those pigs stuck like that ? They are 12 days old

At 12 days old a navel the size of a pimple is pretty normal. If you think they are infected you can use something like excede
