I bought a nice boar at Belton , he is unable to beed natural , i have been successful in collecting him , if I prewarm a collection container , lined with plastic bag and and cheese cloth over the lid , and immediately A.I will this work ? Or is it a bad ideal ?

If you can collect him, you need to learn how to extend the semen. You will need the extender, distilled water, the appropriate containers, etc. and a semen cooler. I am not sure, but I believe boar live semen is only good for approx. 6-8 hours..Also if you collect the boar and use it immediately, it will work. Yes, if you use it right away you're fine. If you want to breed her again the next day, you'll either need to extend it or collect him again. Be careful about the kind of plastic bag and filter you use though. Some materials are highly toxic to sperm. Might consider buying actual collection bags with filters.
