Hi, I have a few new gilts that I acquired. They are due to be bred; 2 within the next week and one in the next 2 weeks. I haven't given pre farrow shots as I just got them. Farrowsure Gold is shipped and will be here tomorrow.
Do I give them a shot pre-breeding even though it is not in the recommended timeframe? Do I do a follow up shot once they are (presumably) bred?
Has anyone else encountered this?

Farrowsure Gold is a pre breeding not a pre farrowing vaccine. You can administer it when it arrives and again in 21 days regardless of the timing of the gilts service.
Pre farrow vaccine like Litterguard LTC should be administered at 5 and 2 weeks before gilts are due to farrow.
