I have a 5 year old boar that appears to have his testes in the same sac... is that possible? And if so how and what do I do about it?

The boar's main purpose is so settle sows. If he is still settling sows I don't think you need to worry. That being said, most 5 year old showpig boars are past their prime. If your just using him for heat checking then just continue using him, but if he isn't settling pigs, one of his testes if swollen and painful, or he isn't what you need I would ship him and replace him.
