Pig Date of Birth
Breed
Sire
Dam
Breeder
Owner
Images

Photos:
A minimum of 3 Images are to be submitted, Side view, Rear View and front view,
Identification Image of Pigs Earmarks is also to be submitted, this will be used only for official identification purposes.
