I am trying to help my kids have the weight gain they would like. 41 days to weight in. This morning she was 180 lbs. and would like to be around 270 or a little more. She is on a sunglo mix at 17% and 8 oz of heavy weight hand feed 2x a day. wormed, clean water, clean pens. I have her average weight gain right now is like 1.48. Any help. Local feed store only sell show chow 709. But will do change things up.

I know it is late but some else can learn or you can for next year. If they are cleaning up everything make sure you are increasing how much feed you are giving them. If they aren’t consistently eating more then try wetting the feed or adding oats, or small amounts of sugar for better palatability.
