Should you move your showstick from right to left hand or should you keep your showstick in one hand the whole time? Thanks!

I try to keep mine in my outside hand, which means you need to change hands. That is how I do it and I have won Jr. & Intermediate showmanship at my county fair. This will be my fifth year showing.

Why the outside hand as opposed to the inside hand?

yous are all puttin way to much thought into it, yes! please do switch hands but most importantly be yourself, natural, and just let it happen in the ring. don't keep constantly switching while making a simple drive. hope it helps

i believe the art of showmanship is showing your pig to perform at its best. doesnt matter what "hand" you use or anything else you do. whatever makes your pig look its best i believe is showmanship.

it really doesnt matter. the point of showmanship is to drive the hog. whichever hand you hold the whip or whatever you use doesnt matter. its all personal preference
