hey, i'm in ohio too, I also give a grind and mix, but currently i have a pig who doesnt like eating and is way underweight, and both of my pigs have a cough, so i'm feeding medicated show feed. But anyways how old are these piglets? If they are put on a starter medicated they should be fine. If you have little piglets up to at least two weeks, they should have medicated feed. I don't care who you are or what you feed to the other big pigs, little pigs need at least two weeks of medicated feed, to insure they don't get diseases and they get off to a good start. I know some people and kids who want to produce champions will tell you to keep em on starter untill 150 lbs, but i don't think that's nessecary. I only fed my pigs two weeks of medication. Then switched to grind and mix. When they get older try adding dry molases or cake mix to their feed.

To gain weight minerals and nutrients can increase immune system so that it can reduce all harmful toxins in blood and healed all the injured toxins, muscles and any body parts.

A good way to help hogs gain weight fast is to add lots and lots of water to their feed. Some pigs will only eat it really soupy which is good, but others won't take it unless it has very little water which will slow you down but it works pretty good.
