Those two areas are not where I would be using that boar or his sons to correct. But the best son I've seen is Make It Easy at Hi Point.

I have some piglets on the ground out of Table Max at Hi Point that fit the bill for what you are talking about. Massed up, big ribbed, big boned piglets. I would recommend him. I just bred back to 225K and Make it Easy. I'll let you know win a few months how they look.

Has that been a problem with them?

It has been with Make it Easy this year. https://auctions.thewendtgroup.com/auction/5010
You can read up on here a bit more there but I done a bit more research and apparently there is a federal civil lawsuit filed against them. I was quite shocked when I seen who the breeder was that filed. That auction above explains it perfectly and also made me realize why I had seen another auction that had put sire: Make it Easy???. Crappy part was I bred to Make it Easy, at the time I put my contract together with them to order early on him because he was going to have minimal doses available. After reading up on some of this stuff, I guess they found a way around that. Sad really, not like it's something that hasn't gone on I'm sure, but now it's been proven and who knows what happens with Hi Point after this. We have done a contract with them the past 3-4 years after this came out my wife's first words were, "I guess we're not going to Hi Point open house this year."

Oh man...I had no idea. My Make It Easy sow didn't settle so (sort of) no issue there. I did just have a litter of 225K (maybe ?). Thanks for the info and the heads up. I had read about some of these issues, with no names attached to it, but didn't realize that HPG was an allegedly suspect.

I bred a good sow to Make it Easy and didn’t stick either! I never had a problem with her before. Greed!!
