Vitamin B12

Wanted to get a little extra gain out of my pigs so I decided to try giving them a shot of Vit. B12. Just wondering who has experience with this and how soon should I notice feed intake start going up. Thanks

If you need to burn some fat try adding a cup per day of fish meal to your pig's feed.

Isn't 7lbs feed/day kind of a lot for a 190lb pig?

The gilt I have is a My Bone x Augusta. I'm impressed with how much muscle she has for only being 2 months old. As far as bone size go, i thought she would probably have more bone given the pedigree but you could probably say she is above average as far as bone size goes.

<t>I tried some this year and so far have seen positive results. A little more fill/center body on the pigs than when feeding just a plain show feed. I also noticed their stools are looser than usual but i think its from the higher than normal fat content for a pig of this size. Just my thoughts.</t>

<t>I've never had a pig go stiff or lame on me since I started using it. I feed it to everything even if I think they walk like a cat. Its a good idea to feed it well before giving them paylean to avoid any problems with joints. In my mind, I figure as soon as I decide I have one that will be sound ...

First person to say Huggy Bear is docked 50 life points. I think Home Grown at Hi Point had a pretty good summer. I'm looking forward to seeing pigs out of Penner's hamp boar First Aid

How soon they start selling semen out of him should let you read into how good of a job he does for them.

<t>Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) helps prevent a pig from stressing out by reducing lactic acid build up in the muscles. Lactic acid is formed from anaerobic respiration in the muscles caused by a lack of oxygen getting to the muscle. This happens often in pigs that are stress positive or stress ...

If you want something to add rib without slowing down growth. Use Kent Essential Wide Open. I've used it the past couple years and I think it has done a rather good job for what my expectations were.
