sterile show gilts

i just bought a couple of show gilts from my county fair and some of them seem to be sterile. I thought i once heard of poeple giving thier gilts shots to permantly sterilize them so peple could not steal their genetics. PLease let me know if you know what this shot is....

Blown Hock

This last fall, at the Brazoria county Show, the judge said my gilt had a blown hock, but yet leter that month she showed at another show and the judge said "She's the soundest gilt in this show". How can she have a blown hock and also be the soundest?

alias are good boars...however be careful not to get to purebred otherwise you run into stress positive litters..i would recomend finding a good boar that correcxts your gilts faults but thats a cross.
