Nate Joseph has some inexpensive boars. Don't Look Back is a Visionary son who should add base width and is really good everywhere. The Chaplain is another boar of his that will add base width.

I watched Hi Points open house this weekend and I would highly recommend Keep Sake. He is super sound, flexible, and very well balanced. He was one one of the best 3 in the viewing. He's a hamp boar that could be bred to hamp, york, or cross sows to make pigs better.

Well we had 11 babies last night. 8 boars and 3 gilts. All very consistent in size and build. 6 "hamp" appearing, 3 solid blacks, and 2 chromed up crosses. Only had to pull 3. The sow passed them very easily and all within 15 minutes of each other.

I think he would do what you needed. I have heard that he is weak in his pasterns so make sure your female is good there.
