Suggestions please?

Re: IF YOUR GOING TO BELTON NEED HELP ASAP

Could go to NSR web sight and find info for Belton show and there will be a list of exhibitors. May see a name of someone you recognize that is going and ask them or someone from your area you could ask to share pen space.
Praying it all works out.

Re: Timeout feed by adm?

Do think pulsing it would work.
Hate to admit, had a York barrow just a really fast grower. Had him On time out for 7 weeks straight and really looked pretty fresh at the show.( In addition to the other two barrows in previous post)

Re: How much to feed new show pig

Pigs eat about 5% of body weight till they reach 100 lbs

From 100 lbs on they eat about 2.5% of body weight
50-75 2.85lbs
75-125 4.46 lbs
125-150 5.58 lbs
150-200 6.35 lbs
200-225 6.69 lbs
225-250 6.80 lbs
250-270 7.30 lbs
Info I had cut and pasted from other articles

Used timeout with three pigs last show season. We held them earlier weight wise, but worked well for us helping to manage their weight.
