I agree with colored pigs mixing your own feed isnt the best thing to do. If I understood you right you want more muscle in your pigs if correct you want to use paylean this adds tons of muscle. Also the pigs could make it to the weight of 240 like you want its only about 2 pounds a day.

You could add milk replacer to her feed it makes it taste better so they eat more or you could add chocolate milk it helps us sometimes.
