Re: Bidder Integrity??

I guess I am still waiting for someone to say that they DO bid on their own pigs and announce it if they think there is truly nothing wrong with it. Oh, and please leave your name if you would :D

Re: Bidder Integrity??

If you really think it is ok then why the deception. Announce that you are going to do it and see how many bids you get. Put your name on it...I think not.

Re: What is this?

It is 100% sunburn! I've seen it many times before. Spray it with aluminum bandage for a couple of days and put zinc oxide ointment on it. I bet your pig is really weak in the legs and falls down in the back end too ;)

Re: watjie $380,000 blue xbred boar!!

If I won the lottery tomorrow I would not pay that for a boar. Just saying! They gave a fortune for Monumental and I don't recall him dominating the national shows any more than the less expensive boars. Starbuck at triple b cost less than 10k and look what he did.

Actually Fatal had crossed my mind but I love the Snow Monkey idea! Thanks!

Re: What do ya think?

Since Tribute is a littermate to Monumental I really wanted to go a different direction. I do like 4K's boars. I used Red Bone on a Supermonster sow and it worked out pretty well. Anyone seen pigs out of Hollywood at Olsen's. He has been suggested to me as well. http://www.meekershowpigs.com/ One th...

What do ya think?

I don't post too often but I am driving myself crazy trying to pick a boar for one of my sows. She is a Super Special 79-10 x Revolution. First litter was out of All In at Cobb's. Pigs were extra wide, deep bodied with no legs and not enough bone. Second parity I used Tribute at Moyers. Pigs were SU...

Re: BEST FAT SUPPLEMENT

Stop breeding hogs to be so lean and you wouldn't have to add hundreds of dollars worth of "fat" products to your rations. Just about every post is someone asking how to add finish to their pig and make them softer!

Re: tribute

I used him on a cobb sow that I have. I am very happy with how they are looking. They have a lots of bone and muscle. They were pretty big pigs and I had to pull several. I also got a couple of red pigs out of the deal. I would use him again.
