I had a similar issue and thought that maybe she had an infection, but it turned out to be the heat. The mamas like it cool. A fan would be helpful...maybe a spray down with water a few times a day?

it can be done...especially with a good eater. Be careful to not overdo it with the paylean. HI fat and lower protein will help with growth also. I also like using the higher fat feeds that are offered by Moorman's and Lindners. Sunglo is also slightly higher fat content in their base show feeds. I'm not sure you need to be holding that hard. You get 1.92 ADG until your show, not count transportation loss.

We use Tylan to clear up diarrhea. The water soluble is the easiest, but injection works too.
