Sand For Pens

What kind of sand is used for pig pens. Fill sand or 1/4 minus. 1/4 minus is cheaper but not sure if it will be ok on their feet.

We use fill sand it seems to work best for us.

Guess fill sand. Do not buy fine sand! Salesman called it areana sand, was supposed to be better to lay in. Did not drain would of been better ondirt
