American Royal auction?

Has anyone shown at the Kansas City American Royal pig show? If so do they auction the pigs off, and how much do they go for? I'm in Florida and plan to show there next year if they have a auction. Thanks

The American Royal is one of our favorite shows in the country to show at! They do have an auction and the champion last year i think brought $17000. Breed champions usually sell for around $3000.

that's pretty risky down here they sell all the pigs that don't place the only pigs that sell at market price are the ones that don't make weight. What is the market price up there?
